Dented and melted

Tin arrived with a huge dent, then upon opening as a birthday present, its a lump! All the cookies are one big lump

MELTED CHOCOLATE PB COOKIES

Very disappointed. I retrieved my packed right when it arrived at my front door. Opened the container and all the chocolates were melted. They should have been packed with dry ice to keep them cool. Needless to say, they were trash and had to throw them away.

Damaged CHRISTmas gifts

I ordered 6 cans of cookies but 2 of them were delivered damaged!!! I signed onto my account only to find that they can’t be returned! Can’t be returned? What? I’m left with damaged goods that I purchased for gifts and now I’m stuck with them. I don’t even see an 800 number for Macy’s customer service to complain. SMH!
