Good choice for a roasting pan

Doesn't warp in hot oven

I've broiled steaks and baked fish in this pan, the steaks on the low rack so the juice accumulate in the bottom, and the fish in a casserole with no rack. Fish on bottom, then breadcrumbs and Italian shredded cheese, then precooked veggies zucchini, bell peppers, onions, carrots, peas, and corn, topped with more breadcrumbs and cheese. 15 mins. Perfect. The ONLY thing I don't like about it is there doesn't seem to be a lid available (4* instead of 5* for lack of a lid).

Poor Quality

Used the pan for the first time at Christmas and the coating on the rack came off in 2 places. Poor quality for the price paid.
