I never got them delivered. Over 3 wks waiting.

I never got them delivered! It is a 3rd partyand their customer service does not answer the phone. Macys cannot cancel the order and I have to wait ANOTHER week, a whole month so far to see if MAYBE I get my money back. I should not have to agree to terms to speak the truth about my experience.
