Losing faith in Macys

This just arrived. The zipper was halfway open which I found odd. It would not finish closing without multiple attempts with both hands - defective. Obviously the person who sent it was aware as they left it halfway open/closed. In addition it was not the quality I expected. I am losing faith in Macys. Not the quality shopping store it once was. I notice inferior quality items are being offered more and more. Disappointing. . .

Love the size

Size is perfect, big enough for my stuff but not so big you end up carrying way to much. This will be a good year around navy bag. Light weight which is good for a tote. Like this brand this is my second bag. Will be on the look out for others when they are on sale.
