nothing against the vendor or the bag

This review is against Macy's return policy and cancelling orders within 15 minutes. I used to love macy's. not so much anymore. i ordered a watch band and had other items in my cart as save for later. i noticed on my phone about 30 minutes later that i had a charge for 600 dollars. the items that were saved for later were charged for. i tried to cancel the order and the customer service was of no help at all. now it is 8 days later and some of the items have not even shipped. how are unable to cancel an order that is not even being processed. Friends- Rest assured, Macy's is going out of business the same way as all the others. If they cannot get their order processing and shipping up to par with the world today we will soon see them gone. RIP Macy's.
