Lovely bag

Great bag but the color red is not as pretty as the pictures online. The picture online made the bag look shiny and a deep red color, it is not. The color does go with things, so I kept it. The bag is made extremely well. It feels luxurious.

Service Issue

The order was not received. Instead I received an order. A purse that had been purchased and returned. Tags were taped on. Ink tag intact. Return receipt taped to the taped on tags. No similarity to the purse that was ordered. Would not recommend.
