Cute but...

After just two weeks of using this bag, it splits at the seems. Cheaply made. Radley would not take responsibility for defective merchadise and can't return it to Macy's due to expired returned date. Very dissapointed.

It would be nice if it shipped

This purse was ordered on Dec 2nd. On the 2nd a shipping label was created but the package was never given to the carrier. Contacted Macy’s customer service on Dec 10. Dec 16 nothing has progressed. Please ship. Thank you!
