Fav Bag

Purchased this bag 2 years ago and still looks great! High quality and perfect size. I don’t want to lug a big bag and minis are too small for carrying phone, keys and wallet. Strap is good length to throw over shoulder. Receive many compliments!

Not as advertised

It doesn’t look anything close to the picture on the web. After picking it up at the store, I noticed it has white stains on the bottom, the material doesn’t looked the leather and the strap is too long for a shoulder bag, all I can do is to return it right away to save me some time. I wouldn’t recommend it

Nice size and quality

I have been shopping for a new shoulder bag for awhile. I was looking for a good combination of quality, function and value. After returning 2 other purses, I am happy to have found the one. I bought on sale so desire for value met. Quality of leather and hardware are great! Purse is made very well and is a convenient size - not too small nor too big. A nice dust bag is also included. I am very happy with my purchase.

Nightmare

This item was delayed then I called customer service to cancel which they said I could, then I had problems getting my refund right away. It was a nightmare. I won't order online because of problems. Terrible mixup and not good for the customer!!!! Better to buy in person then no problems.
