Macy's says it shipped 6 days ago but it has NOT!

Shipping label created on 12/2/25 it is 12/9/25 and the item has NOT been received by UPS. Macy's shipping is the worst. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM MACY'S!
