Sad I love this backpack but strap broke

I love this backpack great size bag i use it daily for work caring ONE laptop. Purchased it in March of 2025 fast forward to 3 days ago the strap broke on one side only. I am out of my return window so i am stuck with a backpack with one strap. I have reach out to Macys and have not received anything back. I am asking a leather designer if it's fixable and the cost. Again, i love this backpack the leather is so soft but if you plan to use it daily, I wouldn't recommend buying.

Really happy with this purchase

Really love the bag. It’s even better looking in person. I like the minimalistic design because its simplicity makes it look more elegant and sophisticated. The navy color is beautiful and would go with any outfit. The size is perfect. I have a 46 ounce Yeti water bottle and it fits perfectly. I really appreciate being hands free while traveling or running errands. I wish it had a little pocket in the back to accommodate my little wallet and passport, but other than that I love it and see myself reaching out for it all the time. 10/10 recommended. Thank you for fast shipping!
