What a disappointment!!!

I was so disappointed when I got these shoes. I didn't even have them a minute and started a return. They were not true to size and they were not red! They took 2 weeks to be delivered and they weren't even packed in a proper shoe box!!! I ordered them to wear on christmas. They were supposed to be red but they were a dark burgundy wine color. Snung on my feet as well. I expected better from a company with such a reputable name and history. I am very disappointed in my experience.
