Completely worthless

I bought an extra 2 lipsticks because I was excited about a MAC freebie. Now I have some dumb tiny plastic CD with a sticker on the end of it... not knowing what a “pop socket” is I was naively under the impression it was actually makeup. I cannot imagine what I’d ever do with this aside from throw it in the trash

I really don't know what this is?

I spent $30 or more on Mac and raise save this for you gift. Please will someone tell me what this is? It's a Small plastic looking CD and I can't open it it has no lipgloss what is it?
