Winter Jacket

My son lovess his new coat it's perfect in all aspects, covers the whole of his upper body not to short not to long just perfect. Thick enough for this wintery season. Overall I'm definitely satisfied 🫶 I know he will be warm all winter long

Issue with how I got my refund

I paid for my order with a debit card only. There was a mistake with the address and the coat was shipped back to Macy's. I had to reorder a new coat same size to make sure it got there on time. I was told that I would get a refund as soon as the coat was arrived back at Macy's to my debit card after 10 days of receiving the coat. I then got an email on Christmas Eve stating I will be receiving a gift card for the amount of the coat that was returned. It is now January 8th and they have yet to mail my gift card. I was told two days ago that it won't get here for 4 more weeks. I didn't ask for a gift card. I asked for my money back and I was told I would get my money back on my debit card. I've read all the rules for how I would get my money and it did not say I would get anything but my money refunded to my debit card. If I could give you less than one star I would. When I contacted customer service a few days ago she was very rude to me.
