not seeing circles under eyes going away

Maybe I have the wrong product for my eyes. Have been applying but there are still circles. I think surgery is the only option. Eye creams are a waste of money. Have tried otherd

Wow!

The skin around my eyes is aging and very thin. I also had discoloration above my eyelids. I’ve been using this since Christmas and the discoloration is gone and the skin around my eyes is moisturized and plumper!
