NOT safe for use in microwave.
The website said it was microwave safe. When I opened the dinnerware, it said the same thing on the underside of the dinnerware. But it also had a caution that it gets hot in the microwave, which to me means it’s not safe nor practical for use in the microwave. I would never have bought it had it said that on the website. It also said that you had to avoid immersing hot dishes in cold water, which suggests to me that it would be at risk of breaking. I do not want dinnerware that is not durable or unsafe to use without getting burned. I returned them instantly.

These dishes did not disappoint! Solid, love size of bowls!!!! So happy! Been looking for months! No coffee cups! Yay!!!!

Beautiful Color Blend and Very Durable
I fell in love with this Sango dinnerware set because of the color blend. Sango is well made and lasts forever. I'm not a fan of "green" but I couldn't resist getting this set when I saw it. The dinner plates are very large and they hold much more food than I imagined. The salad plates, soup bowls and smaller bowls for fruit or ice cream, etc., are perfect in size and even more beautiful than the dinner plates, lol!!! Thank you, Macy's, for selling this dinnerware set at what I thought was a great price and for the protective packaging before shipment!!!
