I bought these Rockport shoes for our son for Christmas 🎄🎁 and he liked them so he kept them. He lives in Seattle so I don't know if he has worn them yet! 😉

Rockport Mens Nash Step Activated

I recently purchased these shoes and have mixed feelings about them. On the positive side, the materials and overall design are excellent. The upper feels premium, the stitching is clean, and the aesthetic is stylish yet versatile. They look great with both casual and semi-formal outfits, and the sole provides decent traction. However, the heel support is a major drawback. While the cushioning underfoot is comfortable, the heel counter is rigid and poorly padded. After wearing them for a few hours, I developed blisters on both heels, even with quality socks. This makes them unsuitable for long walks or all-day wear unless you add heel pads or break them in extensively. Pros: High-quality materials Attractive design Good overall build and durability Cons: Heel support causes discomfort and blisters Requires break-in or additional padding for comfort Bottom Line: If you prioritize style and craftsmanship and don’t mind investing time in breaking them in (or adding heel cushions), these shoes could work for you. But if comfort out of the box is essential, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
