I bought the Roku ultra thinking I won't have many problems but the reality is this roku device has a bad time staying connected to the network, I know it's not my network because we just switched to a better network company and the roku still can not stay connected where I have to network restart in the settings and then sometimes for there it won't load any of the networks I hope they find a fit for this because this is super annoying to deal with

I replaced my 4k Express with the ultra since the former had so many WiFi dropouts and “no internet connection” messages (despite having good 300mb connectivity). I am now using the Ultra’s Ethernet port with CAT6 cable to my router which eliminated all the “buffering”. Working fine now.

Great upgrade
I recently upgraded to the Ultra, and am so very happy. The picture is sharper and the speed is faster. Very satisfied and happy we made the change. Thanks Roku!

Saved the day
I had an older model of the Roku Ultra that kept loosing the sound, would lockup after fast forwarding and sometimes not take voice commands. I was daily or even several times a day having to power cycle the unit. The updated version works faster without any of the same problems.
