I have bought this product multiple times over the past almo

Love this product! Have been using it since covid happened and couldn't get to my colorist. My only issue is, and it's petty, but I haven't been getting my "free" item with my orders the last few orders. And, if it's 2 applications in a box, why do you only provide 1 each shampoo and conditioner? All in all, totally satisfied.

Did not work for my grey roots!

It was quite a disappointment. Followed all the instructions and the time recommendations. Did not cover my greys. And after only one wash the greys are all completely out again!

Easy To Use

I like being able to touch up my color when life gets complicated and I miss a salon appointment. My stylist recommended this product during the pandemic. I've used it several times. The product is easy to use and effective leaving your hair color looking refreshed.

Too light and didn't cover my grays

I used this product as directed, and left it on for an additional 15 mins (so a total of 1 hr). When I rinsed it out after the hour my white roots were now a sort of yellow / orange. Disappointed with the coverage. I know I have stubborn whites, but this really didn't work. I definitely bought the right shade to match my natural hair color, which is a medium brown. The dark brown would have been way too dark.

Not regularly- too much plastic and waste

The product works well but there is too much packaging and plastic included resulting in a lot of plastic trash. It would be great if you had an option to buy just the color and developer in larger sizes without all the extraneous stuff some people may not need or want.
