No No No - 3 tries to get me 50% of my order

Horrible shopping experience. Item coming from 3rd party and they keep sending me the wrong size. I have proof of what I ordered as email confirmation but that is not what they ship. Many phone calls plus 9 emails and counting while I still wait for 2nd item:
