Good for low impact and strength training

These are very cute & trendy. I do dance fitness and would recommend these for low impact and strength work. The soles are a bit thin, but they work pretty well. They don’t have the cushioning that the trainers do, but they are ok. The suede & design is very cute. They fit me true to size.

Not for Dance Exercise

I like the style and fit of this shoe. It is very comfortable. However, it is described as a good shoe for dance exercise. The rubber sole doesn't glide at all without dance socks. I have worn other Ryka Influence training sneakers that are work well doing Zumba, but these miss the mark

Fun color, terrible dance fitness shoe.

I can’t wear these. I wanted a good shoe for Zumba and these are not them. The arch and width do not fit my feet so they hurt very quickly, but more importantly the grip was so strong on the sole that dance movement quickly started hurting my ankles and knees. I almost kicked them off during Zumba.

Not great for walking g

These are not very comfortable. Barely any arch support. I’ve only been wearing them for a few hours and my heel, arch and small toe are hurting a lot. Plus they feel a lot warmer than they look.
