Very Useful

I take care of my things so when I saw this product, I knew I also had to get it. I use my steamer every week and I use this packet every few months and it really helps clear the gunk on the water reservoir. Whenever I empty the water, the water that comes out no longer have those white thingies and that's when I know that it actually works.

Steamer works like new!

The process for these packets were simple. I just followed the instructions to run the solution through the tank, and I do feel like it cleared out the mineral deposits! My garment steamer is back to full power and steaming stronger then it was

Keeps my steamer running

I own a pretty expensive steamer. I bought these to help prolong the life of it. I do use distilled water but I believe in keeping up with my items. They've been working great, my third time purchasing from this brand. Clear instructions and no complaints!
