Not comfortable anymore!!

I have always loved the Loraine loafer and have bought them in bulk. I am so disappointed to report that the latest pair I bought in the color Saddle Leather are NO LONGER made of all leather. The materials used to all say "leather", now it says the "sock" and "balance" are "man made." This makes the shoe completely different -- I had huge blisters after the first day and even after three wears, they still aren't comfortable. These used to feel like butter and now they feel like plastic. I am SO disappointed.

Missing delivery

I never received my parcel and there is no way to track it. I tried filing claims through UPS but nobody is addressing it and I've lost my money and never received the parcel.
