Sizing is way off

The sizing is way off , I wear medium petite by style and co, and this company was like a ex small , sizing is way off

Crop Top

Love the style, fabric and color/pattern. The shirred cuffs are very nice. However when trying it on I thought where’s the rest of the blouse? I wear petite Medium in almost every brand clothing for tops, blouses, shirts. This was so short in the front it was almost above my waistline. Felt like a crop top! Wasn’t much longer in the back. When I went to take it off it was a struggle as it was very narrow in the shoulders. So it runs small size wise but I doubt sizing up would change the body length. I never bought this brand before. Ordered two colors in this blouse and returned both.
