purchased these sandals online. I wasn't able to pick them up at the store right away. When I went in to pick the shoes up the lady said just a minute ago I labeled the shoes returned. I said I still can't purchase them since it was just minutes since she said the shoes were returned. She said the shoes were in the back room but I couldn't have them. What!! That was very crazy...I just left at that point.

Massive label on straps

I would’ve never bought these if I had noticed that it says SAM & LIBBY in all capitals on the back of these sandals. They are fairly comfortable and totally adjustable. I have a wide foot and these fit nicely, but it makes me mad that it says Sam and Libby on the back in such a big writing. I doubt I’ll wear these out in public.

order online/shoes

Ordered shoes online. Went to pick them up and the lady said she just cancelled the order. I received the email that the item was cancelled while I was standing in front of the lady at Macy's. Why she couldn't get the shoes and give them to me I have no idea. I would think something could have been done in their system to reverse the cancellation on the item. She didn't even try or ask for a manager.
