Center seam irritates skin.

I like the soft side of the pillow. But the fabric on the other side is not as comfortable. I really like the inflate and deflate valves! But my big complaint is the seam. The seam irritated the soft skin on my neck throughout the flight and I had to stop using it pretty early on in the long haul flight. Definitely do not over inflate. It works better if you have it softer than firm.

Losing air pressure - almost brand new

I bought this about a month ago at the Schiphol airport and after a couple of times using it , the pillow is losing air pressure and I could not find any leaks :(

Good first impression

Haven't actually used this yet, but my initial impression of this product is positive. Inflates and deflates with easy, material feels soft and smooth and once deflated it easily tucks back into the carrying case which is very compact. Exactly what I was looking for! Plan to use it on an upcoming trip overseas.
