Huge bag

I bought this bag a month ago. It’s way larger than what I expected. It is 62 inches, which is the maximum for airlines, without it being expanded. The sizes it shows the samsonite website are without it having any contents.

Great Design & durability

I bought 2 of these & the carryon bag, after my expensive hard shell case had the wheels knocked off during a trip to SE Asia. The bags have made 5 return trips to Vietnam, several domestic trips & still look new. They are designed very well, and durable. Absolutely no regrets, and highly recommended!

eBags Legacy retained!!!

Thank you for brining this eBag gem back to life! I love this wheeled duffle! My old one was way worn out and I love the orange interior (to find stuff) the use of space- there’s a lot of room to pack! And I like how you can configure the inside any way you want…. With various zippers. Thank you.

SEARCH IS OVER...BEST OF THE BEST

We have used the Mother Lode bags for decades now. It has been "finally a bag the airport workers cannot destroy!" We'll never purchase anything else. The many we have gifted have also garnered glowing reviews...from honeymooners, graduates and world travelers...they've all agreed BEST OF THE BEST. I can get into one of these bags what it used to take me two. Made cruising much much easier too.

Cheaped out at a higher price !!!

I have had these bags when they wet my we’re E-bag branded, for probably 20 years maybe more. I traveled almost every week twice by plane for 40 years. After I bought the first motherlode the largest size 32” I never bought anything else except went to the smaller version as I streamlined what to pack. I don’t remember how many I purchased over the years but they held up well and I had everything organized with the Velcro fastened dividers. Now the last one I bought about a year ago in anticipation of the demise of the previous one, which lasted another year. Now that I decided to switch to the new one I found that the dividers of the bottom compartment were missing as are the compression straps on the outside the top handle is no longer padded, overall the material is much thinner, I had to install the dividers from my previous bags with rivets but the flexibility is gone. This bag will likely not hold up a year with the amount of travel I do, the bag is lighter and maybe sufficiently strong for someone who travels infrequently, but I will probably have to look elsewhere
