Perfect For My Needs

I was looking for a smaller laptop compatible backpack, 20 litres or so, and having difficulty finding what I wanted. A front pocket flap, easily accessed to store quick access items like keys, pens, cables, etc. No side access zippers, room for files, build in sleeves, separate laptop area, etc. and although not my usual brand (I have a few backpacks in different sizes) a colleague had the Xenon 3.0 that caught my eye. Any way, I purchased, it’s the perfect size for daily commuting to the office. High quality, comfortable to wear, looks professional, has all that I was looking for, is functional and was a reasonable price.

Rendered unusable because of awful zippers

I have had this backpack for about 4 months and it has had very light use. I don't carry it daily, but use it for my work laptop and papers when I travel, and it has only been on 2 trips so far. It fits a good amount and I like the laptop sleeve, but the main compartment zipper has been broken almost since the beginning. The zipper teeth just come apart, and boom -- the whole backpack is hanging open. I will no longer be using this backpack because I cannot guarantee the safety of whatever I put inside. I've only heard good things about Samsonite, so I am very disappointed in the quality of this backpack.

Do Not Buy

Poorly designed pack opens while wearing and dumps contents. Then the cheap zippers start to break.
