Freezes and red tint display
I don't know if I received a defective Tab S8 or what, but I had 2 problems from the start. One is it freezes several times on Home Page while I had it for 2 days. And second, the display has red tint so much so that I got headache and vertigo like symptom after looking at the screen for more than 15 to 20 minutes. I have Tab S5e (Amoled display) and Tab A 8.4 (LCD display), which I have no problem doing things on them for hours and hours. That's why I thought the new Tab S8 would be no problem, especially with the resolution. But the Tab S8 that I received was really bad. I had no choice but to return it after having it for 2 days only. Want to get another one to check out to see if it was just that one, or what.

A tablet that actually can replace your laptop.
This was such a great purchase. I love Samsung dex it turns it into a small laptop with the keyboard cover. Its much better than a chromebook that usualy has a mediocre screen and low power X86 processer. There are many apps that can make use of the tablets highend arm processor. Unless you buy 1000 dollar plus laptop with a gpu you will get much better performance doing things like video and photo editing on this device. You also get great battery life unlike a laptop with gpu that also gets hot and loud. Android has come a long way and with apps like Luma Fusion, Adobe Creative cloud, I dont miss a laptop. But what really set this miles above other brands of tablets is DEX mode. This makes it opperate very similar to a chromebook or windows laptop with a desktop user interface. On top of that its very usefull on my computer desk as a second wireless monitor. Also through Microsoft and Samsungs colaberation, Its aslo great for remote use of my desktop when you really need to get some serious work done or just to acces your main pc. This is built in natively no third pary apps or complex set up. I just walks you through it. I could just keep going with praise and listing features but these are my personal favorite. This Tablet is great for flexibility and almost any kind of user.

Great additional memory (64G)
I bought this memory a months ago and used it for my new tablet galaxy S8. I using it for saving my class videos and articles to read. Sometimes I transfer the files through google driver to my laptop computer. So far it works so well.

fix the battery life, otherwise fine
I can only give it three stars until they get the battery life under control. I had 2 S6 tablets and the batteries would easily last a week. Both my brand new S8 tablets with less apps installed seem to really drain the batteries with the Samsung oneUI app being a main culprit.

Wonderful Tablet !
I've only had the Galaxy S8+ for a couple days and it's a delight to use it ! Very well designed with great features . I was using an old Galaxy note 10 that was very outdated !! This new tablet is a dream .love the size also .

Solid replacement for my iPad Air
Plusses are Display and S Pen. Long term, Battery could be an issue. Remains to be seen.
