My partner loves the pillow. I returned the 2nd one we ordered, which was too full & the cover was a little crinkly/noisy for me.

Pillow is adequate, but extremely noisy. sounds like it is wrapped in cellophane. Every movement sounds like you are balling up plastic, even with a pillow cover and pillow case. Would be wonderful if it was simply a quiet pillow that did not sound like a water proof hospital pillow.

UGH the plastic crinkling ... is there help
One of the better support "A", comfort pillows "B" I've slept on since the 80s to hold it shape for cervical injury 5 days! It collapes slightly wherever your head is and needs refluffing to support my neck compared to others "A". It gets fairly warm, that might be due to the down OR whatever this god awful plasticy, noisy, crinkly, feeling material "F" is used inside protect the central insert. I don't know IF it would soften once washed, it's stiff, might be a deal breaker! My home is still gutted due to Irma 2017, trying to rebuild in SWFL I bought 8 of these pillows and BEFORE I open ALL of them, I will call the mfg. With how expensive these are each, I am surprised they don't come with a "loose" cooling protective case for each, "D". I've had many cervical injuries & surgeries due to being hit from behind in a car. I would build my own pillow if I could, so many hv failed. Fingers crossed this pillow will stand up to a 30 day test! Sealy "lifetime" wty covers nothing it should!
