Received with broken lid

Glass box is good but i have to return due to broken lid. Never used it so gave one star for the sturdy glass box. Packing was good with bubble wrap so i wonder if broken lid situation happened before or after packing. Anyways, returning it

Good product bad delivery

The product itself is good. But one out of three arrived shattered. The glass container needed more protection or at least sthe delivery box should have ‘delicate’ stickers on it.

item received not what was ordered

I ordered the two pack of two compartment food storage, but what I receive was a 3 pack of 1 compartment. I was disappointed as I wanted to try the two compartment food storage, but not worth returning as I am sure I can use the ones sent. Otherwise, they are very nice glass food storage dishes. Would have given 5 stars if I received what was ordered.

Will not recommend it even at the price!

One of the containers arrived cracked — now I have to waste my time and effort driving to UPS to return it. This has been the case with almost every Macy’s delivery lately. Their quality control is nonexistent. Truly disappointing.
