Never received product

I ordered bath bombs for a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I received Sun Art Paper. When I called they offered to refund me, which doesn’t accomplish anything and I need to go to Macy’s or UPS to return the paper. Very poor customer service and I will think twice about ordering from Macy’s ever again.
