Comforter is great, but swiss watch is disaster

The comforter that I received from Macys is awesome, but I recently ordered a swiss watch that did not last a month, would like to know how to return this watch.

Glorious!

Glorious comfort! So much nicer than I expected. Cool cover feel. Keeps my feet warm without cooking the rest of me. Feels heavy but sleeps light. Just what I hoped for.

I am always cold but these were too heavy weight

So So Hot. Heavy like a weighted blanket. Felt almost suffocating
