I wanted to love this vacuum I was holding out on purchasing a robot vacuum finally did it and a month in the mop reservoir is damaged somehow and every time use it for vacuum it cracks more and more I can no longer mop with it it just leaks. I have tried to look replacement part because I really love it but parts are out of stock????

Not worth the mopping deal on the product
It doesnt really mop the floors puts soap on them and that it doesnt suck it up so the floors are sticky. Not a good match for doing less

Love it!
I bought this a month ago, to replace old one. This one gets stuck in any places the old one (shark) did not. Perplexing. I would not want to be without one of these! Makes housework amazing simple. I have 3 cats and picks up all the cat j fur.

The first one I received did not dock properly. It took me a month to get a new one from them although they did replace it which I appreciated. The new one has the same issue, but it’s better than before. I guess I just have to deal with the fact that it will never properly dock. The dust clip for the dust pan broke and the piece is on backorder for a month. I have not had a good experience with this product.

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after already going through a replacement. We looked into this and do see that the part needing replacement is actually the water tank, as this assembly includes the clip mechanism that locks the dust cup into place. At the moment, the water tank is out of stock and may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to become available again. Once the part is back in stock, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know it's available and prompting you to contact us so we can move forward with the replacement. Don’t waste your money!
I bought this because I have several Shark vacuums and mops and love them, but this product is awful! The brush roller is stuck every other time I run it. I have an older self empty robot that I never had that issue with. Very disappointing!!

Mapping doesn’t work gets stuck everywhere
I honestly like the idea here but for some reason will not map out my house. Maybe I’m missing something here. I wish it mopped with more solution or water whichever. The little spinning brush got ripped out because it got stuck on the corner of a towel in my bathroom. Also get stuck on room transition strips… maybe it’s just time to redo my floors but my dog pees everywhere… I need my shark to work better to clean up my yorkies pee spots lol but I would have spent more if it would do better….

I got this robot was having truble with my old one. Thought this would be better. Worked great for about a month. Then started to have teuble with it. Spent many hours of the phone with shark trying to figure out the problem. They could not figure out why its not working. And would not send me a new one. Even though its still under the warranty. Would not recommend shark robots.
