Smells very bad
I have had the product for several months now and I am not a fan. Usually I am a go to shark girl so I thought this would be another great product, but this is the first one that is a fail. It just pushes dirty water around and smells bad and doesn't suck up all the dirty water. Save your money for something else.

Does the job, but with a few issues
I got this to make floor mopping easier, and it does the job, with a few exceptions. It's NOT for tight spaces and you can't tilt it much without the brushroller lifting off the floor. I am giving this three stars because it it very difficult to clean out the solid debris(especially hair), and the cleaning concentrate does NOT come in a scent free version. There are people in my household with allergies, asthma, and fragrance sensitivities and we all had upper respiratory issues after using the HydroVan Mop. We have only been using water in the unit. Please make an unscented cleaner concentrate for this product.

Poor features
Don’t waste your money. After using this i still had to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor. If you use every day and have no husband, kids and or pets it might work. The self cleaning brush does not work. You still have to remove and clean each use I called the company but said they could not help me

This was a replacement for my other and I find it works great and does more! I love that I can spot clean my area rugs.

Best vacuum I've ever used
I got this hydrovac for cleaning the floors easily since I have little kids and I can say they are worth it. My family has put it through the ringer it's been used to clean up milk, eggs, pee, water, mud and name it it'll clean it. It's been thrown outside left in the rain and still works. It's my goto to clean my floors I love it and will live by it

Absolutely not recommended.
I would love to give this thing 0 stars if possible. This thing doesn't dry vaccum so you can't use it on area rug cause it will make rug wet everytime you vaccim. 1st I brought the shark hydroduo, I opened it and immediately noticed there was absolutely no space for dust and water collecting it didn't even have a holder. I drove back to the store and returned it same day and brought this one because I was like okay I will spend more money and at least will have better function. I brought this home and now another problem . In today's world everyone uses area rug. So they expect us to keep buying vaccum. I brought a 2 in one so I don't need a separate mop and now I need a separate vaccum instead.

Stopped working
Keeps shutting off with low cleaning solution message even though solution is full. Was great until this started.
