Absolutely LOOOVE our new cordless HydroVac MessMaster! It’s exactly what we needed in our life to make cleaning the floors a breeze! We have 2 large dogs who tend to track in all the nasty and a baby who loves to crawl all over… We needed something to make cleaning easier and THIS IS IT! I actually look forward to waking up in the morning, enjoying my coffee and get to HydroVacuuming right away so the floors are ready for my little one to get movin’ & groovin’!😁 P.S. We did originally order the HydroDuo, I thought I wanted to be able to control the amount of water that came out but honestly found that too difficult… not only that but the HydroDuo (also cordless) didn’t have enough power to get the job done which was frustrating… lastly the dirty water tank is super tiny in that one (it was overflowing immediately when we tried to clean up some spilled milk) even more frustrating. If your like us and want to save a few bucks, don’t bother with the HydroDuo just go HYDROVAC ALL THE WAY!

Wait and see.
I bought the Shark Hydro vac Mess master in April. Everything worked fine until July. The vacuum cleaner stopped working. I went through the troubleshooting guide and the vacuum still doesn’t work. Called Shark and after a few calls I got a replacement vacuum cleaner. I will wait and see how long this vacuum works.

Sucks, not literally.
It's does not clean and suck as shown. This would NEVER pick up spaghetti. I have to sweep or swifter before hand because I have a hairy dog. Even the little amount of hair left behind doesn't even get sucked up. It just pushes the wet hair around the floor. The dog also came in with muddy paws. I immediately got my shark to clean up. It smeared the dirt around too! I waited for it to dry and tried again. It wasn't strong enough to clean that up either. I had to get a wet cloth and use my hands to scrub it off. Unbelievable what the video shows it does in comparison to what it really does do.

Might have gotten a lemon
I expected a bit more from this model. I'm a diehard Shark fan and got this as my Christmas gift 6 months ago. It DID NOT work on my hardwood floors. The mop function didn't pick up dirt, as promised, and the water just leaked all over the place. I took it to work as the floor is perfectly smooth and flat, but it still leaks and leaves dirt. I may have just gotten a lemon, I'm not sure, but I've stopped using it cuz I'm tired of mopping afterwards.

Junk. Pure junk.
Bought the original unit a few months ago (5-6) and it worked okay ish for 3-4 months, then it worked it's own grave,spewing water and bubbles out of the motor when the dirty tank was empty. Called support, they were great, sent out a new unit. Not even 2 months or roughly 15-20 uses, the motor starts SCREAMING for mercy on the new unit, called support and they stated it's nearly a 200 dollar part, but still warranty able, but I would have to cover shipping costs, even though it's a manufacturer issue! These things are junk! Work until they don't. (They don't more than they do.) Don't recommend unless you want to deal with multiple issues.

It was ok for a quick clean , it didn get dried sticky juice or soda off the floor hardly , it doesn’t clean tile floor like in the cracks. And leaves a good 2-3 inches dirty from edges of walls and corners. Even after self clean if you leave sit for 2-3 a forget to clean the whole thing yourself it grew mold in just a couple days . To sweep the edges then vacuum mop them to clean out every piece of this mop was to much so much easers just to sweep with a broom get the mop out dump an go .
