My Shark Rotator is an awesome vacuum cleaner!
Much better than my Dyson Animal. The Dyson brush bar would stop spinning after two minutes. Although it is true that it did not lose suction, it would clog - ALOT. Trying to unclog a Dyson is like doing surgery. I finally purchased the Shark Rotator with "Powerfins". The bush bar never stops turning and when the vacuum does clog, it is much easier to unclog than the Dyson. Also, nothing gets caught up in the brush bar. I have never removed the Shark's brush bar to detangle hair or anything else. With the Dyson, I was always having to remove the brush bar to clean and detangle it. The Shark has a much better design in my opinion and is also better engineered. Good going Shark!

spend your money somewhere else. it's not worth the hassle to go through a warranty, less than a year after buying, for a vacuum that won't turn on after casual monthly use.

This vacuum picks up more dog hair than any of our other vacuum cleaners!!!

The vacuum is great..however I was supposed to get over 2000 points with this purchase and I still haven't. This has been going on since last year when I never got all the points that were"promised".

22 days agoHairPro means no more cutting hair off the brush
I’ve had this vac for 3 years now and every time I use it I am reminded how wonderful the HairPro is. I haven’t had to clean the brush since I bought the machine. I had to cut the hair off my old vac after every use. I have very, long thinning hair. So why not 5*? I’m not thrilled with the handle release. And I bought several attachments to do special jobs. If this machine fails, I would look for a used one as a replacement,

Purchased this in July 2024 with protection plan. good about a year . Low suction now and I've tried everything. my home is not a hard place to vacuum but this product is useless. I have tried to replace filters and get help with my Allstate protection plan, good till 2028 but no avail. Not a satisfied customer. Never buy one again.

Horrible
If there was a 0 star I would rate that. My husband bought me this for Christmas so I’ve used it for 3 weeks. It won’t even suck up a piece of cat food. I’ve never liked shark products compared to bissell but this was seriously disappointing if he can find the receipt I’ll be taking it back if not lesson learned. Will never buy another shark product again. Horrible is an understatement!!!

Only Worked for 8 Months!
I purchased this item about 8 months ago and initially liked it for its strong suction. My only complaint at the time was the short power cord, which required frequent outlet changes. Unfortunately, the vacuum recently stopped working altogether. I attempted multiple troubleshooting steps, but it appears the motor has failed. Given the cost of this vacuum and Shark’s reputation as a reliable brand, this is extremely disappointing—especially since it is now beyond the return window.
