Sharper Image toys do not work

Toy does not work. Will turn on and make the noises but the lasers do not function as expected. Super disappointed as this is the 2nd shaper image toy I’ve purchased from Macys that does not work.

It didn’t work

I was sold a non functional faulty item and because it was final sale I was told I couldn’t return it. I have been a long time Macy’s customer but this is the first time I was ripped of my hard earned money.
