    Was missing 1/3 of product

    I’ll be honest, it smelled nice and subtle, and it think it would’ve worked perfect but it was missing 1/3 of the product. Went to a Macy’s store to exchange it but they were out. I ended up returning it.

    Shiseido Gentle Cleansing Water

    I have been using Shiseido for over 30 years...this is a new product from Shiseido for me...always used the gentle cleansing lotion that I was able to apply w a cotton ball or cotton pad and my face was perfectly cleansed. I don't have the time to go through daily/nightly "Steps" routines. I want an excellent product that works exactly as stated and I see the results immediately. Shiseido has done that for me for years. Just started using and so far very pleased.

    FEELS GOOD !!!

    This product has a gentle feel to the face and it removes remaining residue after I use it. It also does not harm my eyes and I love this product.

    Contains synthetic fragrance

    I don't know why companies consistently put synthetic fragrance in cosmetic products... terrible for your skin!!

    perfect for taking off my customers' makeup

    While working in cosmetics and skincare sales, I use this product to remove customers' makeup so I could apply Shiseido products on their faces. This Cleansing Water never caused a skin reaction from using this. It agrees with everyone and it does the job quickly. No rinse necessary.
