The Shiseido eye cream arrived with the container partially out of the bottom of it's box. When I opened the top of the cream there was a scoop missing from the cream.

So far I will buy these products

I have used Shiseido Benefiance NutriPerfect creams for many years until they changed the formula. I was very disappointed with the new formula, which I do not like. Too bad they discontinued the old formula and replaced with the new formula. I then switched to Vital Perfection creams, day and night face creams and eye cream, which I like.

Working Already

Have used for about 5 days and can see the difference. The skin around my eyes look brighter, firmer, and even softer to the touch. Last night I went to sleep really late (2am) and had a little under eye puff this morning. To my delite, it's no more. Either the roller and my fingertips massaged the under eye bags away and/or the texture of my under eye skin is now more pliable. Essentially, it's like smoothing out a fabric crease with a warm iron or steamer. Highly recommend.

Soothing and firming under eye cream

Noticable difference in the tone of my skin color under the eyes. Firming cream comes with a small wand featuring a ball at the end, designed to gently massage the cream under the eyes. I love it !

One of the best eye creams I've used.

I've used Shiseido products for awhile but really enjoy this eye cream. While I still have the dark circles, I like how it keeps the area firm and moisturized. I just wish that the cost isn't so much, but I always check out the sales or other stores/authorized online businesses to purchase this from.
