Possible Return/Open Item Sold as New

The product itself seems fine and appears to be in good condition, but I have serious concerns about how it was fulfilled. I ordered this as a new item, yet the package arrived half-opened, and the product seal was already broken. While the contents looked unused after I opened the lid, I cannot be fully confident that this is truly a new, untampered product. This is unacceptable when purchasing something listed as new. A broken seal and damaged packaging raise real hygiene and quality concerns. I expected a factory-sealed item — not something that appears to have been previously opened or returned. I’d recommend the seller or fulfillment center review their quality checks before shipping. Buyers deserve to receive exactly what they pay for.

Good product though.

I like it but very expensive. The jar is too big for the content, doesn’t last long esp if you use it twice a day. Whenever it’s on sale l try to buy extra for a back up. Just bought anorther one regular price only.
