Box arrived in good condition. Opened it up, bracelet was busted up, beads rolling around every direction not attached to anything! Horrible quality! Called in to set up return, gentleman said they would expedite out another one within 2-3 days. Have not seen or heard anything since. Bad experience from Macy Jewelry.
