Sucks up batteries

I am constantly changing batteries. Not worth the money and I’ve seen this same product for half the price.

Easy to use and works as advertised

Easy to use, large capacity, works as advertised. Sponge holder detaches for proper cleaning. I use this for dishwashing liquid. I don’t buy the simple human refills for this model. Method dishwashing soap has a very similar formula and viscosity to the simple human hand soap and works perfectly in this machine without issues. The sensor only responds to hands or arms, so rarely goes off accidentally by things like moving pots while washing dishes. Highly recommended.

Perfect size

I was surprised on how much soap it held. Guess did not look at the size content and I very pleased. Very quiet and love the clear back - easy to see when almost out.

actually actually Macy's should check a box for the product before sending out this item evidently was returned with scum in the soap area and moldy batteries I wasn't happy but I did use it and it is working even though the light does not go on I like the product I don't like the shabby way that it was sent

Converted skeptic

That was hesitant in spending this much money for something that I could easily replace with a hand pump much cheaper....but after owning it for a week and a half I don't know where this has been for my whole life. I pair it with four enloope rechargeable batteries and I expect this to be working perfectly for a long time.

Love it !!

We have always used hand pump dispensers for our liquid soap and with these times decided to go hands free. This works great for the grand kids and saves a ton of soap.
