Barely puts out any steam at all.

Not sure how this is supposed to get wrinkles out of clothes when it barely puts out any steam, and what steam it does put out is a super slow weak stream. I even tried covering some of the holes on the wand hoping that would give the open holes some more pressure but it didn't. This unit just can't pump out enough steam to dampen clothes enough to get a wrinkle out. My iron puts out more pressurized steam in one burst than this unit puts out in one minute.

Now...this is a steamer!

I love it! My only wish is that the wheels rolled more easily on hardwood floors because once it's filled with water, this little guy gets tougher to pull. It's solid and built like a tank. When you turn it in, there's even led lights (blue lights on my blue unit) that appear in the water. Really cool to look at and the steamer really steams for quite awhile when the reservoir is full. I'm happy with it and the price was unbelievable for type of quality. What have you got to lose besides those wrinkles?

Awesome!

We went from a little handle push the button for steam, to this. We are very satisfied. Continuous steam and it gets wrinkles out very well.
