Delayed Shipping

I haven't even received my shoes and I'm already disappointed in Macys. When I purchased the shoes I was supposed to have them on Saturday, in plenty of time for him to receive them before he leaves on a school band trip down to Disney World for the kids to march in the Disney 50th year parade. Now the shoes are delayed til Monday and will not arrive in time for him. I'm so disappointed!!!!

Very disappointed

After choosing and placing the order paying my bill in advance, this product was to be shipped to me. I follow the tracking and found out that it said that it was delivered, but that was not true. I never received them. Cancellation was easy but at the end, I did not get what I was looking for.
