I picked up my sneakers and when I open the package at home I noticed the sneakers were used!!!!!! The sneakers box was ripped it off and sneakers looks that someone worn them on, macys associate asked me to open the bag but I was hurrying because it was going to start snowing really bad, if you have customers returning make sure the item is in good condition Macys!!!!!

The shoes are comfortable, but the shoebox arrived damaged, and the bottoms of the shoes are dirty, making them appear previously worn.
