Loved the actual topper. It had a zip-off cover and even though I really don't think the thickness was a full 3 inches, it had great memory foam support and had the moisture-wicking effect. My issue was that after using for 6 months, I wanted to freshen up the cover. When trying to put it back on, the zipper pull just popped off track. It is a fine-tooth plastic zipper. I was working it gently back on not tugging or yanking on the pull. Just doing my best to get it on smoothly and evenly and it just came off one side. If you have ever experienced this you know its next to impossible to fix. I got online to see if I could exchange but the 180-day return policy had expired a couple of months prior. Thus the 1 star. I truly love 3m products and loved the zipoff cover but for the price, it should be able to withstand the off and on process.
