This vendor is unable to fill complete orders

I purchased these chairs in November 2025, but when I received the package, half of the items were missing, which led to a return and refund. While waiting for my refund, I reordered the same chairs on December 26, 2025, and they were delivered today, 1/6/2026. However, I again received a box containing the tops of both chairs, without the bottom halves. I gave them a pass the first time because I thought it was just an error, but this order confirms that this company offers poor service. Save yourself from the stress and frustration of dealing with them.
