Excellent

I've always struggled with finding foundations that match my skin tone, they're either too light or too dark, but using this foundation has been an absolute dream. The coverage, the ability to match my skin tone, the lightweight feeling, and just everything is amazing.

smells

this makeup smells after a few hours on. smells like dead skin cells. they sold me expired make up and was like "oh just report it to our consumer department" it was so out of date that it started separating with a nasty white film on top and i could not finish the bottle. had it for about two months before i noticed the nasty white stuff sitting in the bottle.

workers who don't like working at Macys

I used to work here and now I am a customer. It is disappointing that someone like you, who mistreated me in the past, is still working here. Even though I had a negative experience with you, I recently purchased the wrong color foundation and came in to exchange it. An employee assisted me by trying on two different colors until we found the right one. On return trip to purchase the item, she accidentally scanned a different color than the one I had picked out, possibly due to confusion. Upon inspecting the powder at home, I discovered it was open and identical to the dirty box. I decided to return to the store to exchange it for a new one or place an order if unavailable. The workers at the store seemed just as puzzled as I was upon my return. In conclusion, it is important to train employees to scan carefully to prevent entering incorrect codes into the system. This can prevent situations where a customer is wrongly accused of being a thief. I am confident in my identity and will not tolerate mistreatment. Losing a valuable employee can lead to significant losses. I hope that everything is resolved swiftly and returned to you.
