[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the white one and it’s very cute. It looks just like the pic. I was back and forth between colors bc I like them all but kept to white because I wanted to match with other pots and appliances other than stainless steel. I gave it one less star because they sent me what looks like a return or display model instead of a new one (bloomies tends to do this a lot and doesn’t have quality control). Also the chord was tied in a knot and shoved into the box. I’m not sure why anyone would do that but it’s now bent weird and won’t straighten out.

If you take a few minutes to read the instructions, and then follow them, this toaster is an excellent product. Very well made. Love it!

doesn’t toast both sides of the bread. you have to take it out and flip it.

My daughter and SIL gifted me a SMEG toaster just under a year ago and the magnet that holds the lever down stopped working. Their SMEG broke as well; the mechanism that holds the toast broke - less than 2 years old. They bought another, but I want SMEG to replace mine at this price point!
