Great comfort!

My first pair of Softwalk shoes and I love them. Great arch support and comfortable. I wear a narrow and have a hard time finding shoes that don't look old but are practical. Recent back surgery has made me pivot to cushioned shoes for support. Will buy more.

Not for me.

I wear an 11 Narrow. I have this flat in Black leather and love it. The Navy Nubuck feels stiffer. Not sure why this would be. The 11 Narrow in this color was narrower than the black leather. I loved the look but I had to return.

Disappointed

Hoping this would be a good walking shoe for travel. I bought a 10.5 narrow. It looks ok, but it fits wide. The back of the shoe slips off when walking and the sides gap open. It does not come any slimmer.

Too large

These shoes are cute and beautifully made with good-quality materials. However, I am small-boned and these shoes were way oversized for my narrow feet. Regretfully, I had to return them.

Wanted to love these

ordered medium and wide in this style...one too tight, other toe box fit but too wide overall. Really wanted these contacted customer support 2x for fit advise,,,NEVER answered. POOR customer service

Love the softness of the fit and arch support exchanes my normal medium to a wide hoping the toe box is more comfortable
