Poorly disappointed in Macy.
Best Little Boots
Love them. I got wide width which isn't that wide but they still work abd are comfortable
Great Fit! Nice Quality
Wide fit me well and did not look like orthopedic shoes. Sometimes wides are too much, and the quality of the leather is so nice around the ankle. It is not stiff, so my ankles are not being dug into by the top of the boot. Very happy with his purchase.

Runs small. I wear 9 1/2 and couldn’t zip them.

These boots are super comfortable. I can stand and walk in them for hours. They get compliments every time I wear them

Nice boot, quality only average.
I love the look of these boots. I bought the Luggage shade, which is very versatile. These look great for the office but are easy to dress up and work with jeans and dresses. I do get compliments on them. The sole has good grip for icy days, too. Fit wise, for me these are right on the money. My toe box is wider compared to my heel, but I don't experience any heel lifting (which is a common problem for me) in the wide fit boot. They don't rub and are comfortable. There are a couple of things that I don't like about them; the zipper placement, as other people have noted, is a pain. They are difficult to fasten, and the little leather pull ripped right off one of them so now I can only fasten it by sticking a pencil through the pull for leverage. Less than optimal! The leather is also not top-notch. I've owned these for about a year of light usage and the toe area in particular is quite torn up. The heel is also starting to wear down.

Wrong color delivered
I received the shoes, never tried them on because the when I opened the box they were not dark brown as I ordered….. they shoes color was black. Hopefully I will reorder the shoe at the price I paid and the have the correct color delivered to me.
